Services

Individual therapy gives you the opportunity to work one to one with the therapist. This service is offered in person, through video, and phone. With individual therapy all sessions are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise requested. We work through any concern from diagnosed mental health disorders such as anxiety or depression, to those looking to understand themselves better. We welcome all cultural backgrounds including those part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

Each 50 minute session is $130.
