Bringing Meaning, Safety, and Wholeness to Your Psychedelic Healing Journey

Have you had a psychedelic experience that felt meaningful

But hard to understand or hold onto afterward?
Psychedelics like ketamine, psilocybin, and MDMA can open profound insights, emotions, and sensations, but the real healing happens after the experience. Without integration, those lessons can fade, feel confusing, or leave you disconnected.

Integration Therapy offers a safe, grounded space to process and embody what you’ve experienced. Through somatic awareness, reflection, and mindfulness, we work together to help you anchor your insights and apply them in your daily life — turning moments of breakthrough into lasting growth and resilience.

Who Is it For?

Individuals who have used or are considering psychedelic-assisted treatments and want guidance to process, integrate, and embody their experiences.

What it helps with:
What to expect:

A safe, somatic, and reflective process that helps you make sense of your experiences, connect them to your life story, and integrate their meaning into your everyday world.

What Is Psychedelic Integration Therapy?

Psychedelic Integration Therapy is a structured, supportive process that helps you prepare for, process, and integrate experiences with psychedelics in a safe and embodied way. At Rise and Reflect Counselling, we use Somatic Psychedelic Integration Therapy, combining mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and body awareness to help you fully embody your healing. Using breathwork, movement, and reflection, we support you in grounding your experience and carrying its insights forward into meaningful, sustainable change. This process ensures that the breakthroughs from your psychedelic work don’t fade or feel disorienting, but instead become integrated into who you are — fostering safety, connection, and long-term transformation.

BA, MC, CCC,

Its nice to meet you!

For myself, life has been an adventure. Some mountaintops with amazing views, some valleys of loss, learning and growth. I have lived half of my life in the far north (Alaska, Yukon and Northwest Territories). In relationship I have been privileged to experience family, chosen family, parenting and partnership. I love any creative process, which sometimes looks like making pottery, writing, painting or just taking the backroad.

One of my greatest life adventures has been working with clients in counselling. I have been employed in the mental health field for many years and love the creative process of supporting clients with mental health and wellness.

My hope is that those who come in to counselling might find it to be a grounding experience, a solid base. As individuals leave counselling I hope they can move from this solid base with clear direction, connected with self and others. No matter what your lived experience may have been so far, I am happy to work with you as you actively create what you want going forward.
