Not everyone’s life fits neatly into a weekly series, and that’s okay.

Iyengar Yoga Drop-In Sessions offer the freedom to attend when it works for you, while still receiving the structure, clarity, and support that Iyengar Yoga is known for.
Each class is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with your body, and move with intention. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply needing a steady place to land, drop-in sessions provide consistency without pressure.

What Are Iyengar Yoga Drop-In Sessions?

Iyengar Yoga drop-in sessions are individual classes that focus on alignment, awareness, and intelligent use of the body. Each class stands on its own while still following the core principles of Iyengar Yoga, precision, accessibility, and mindful effort. Props such as blocks, straps, chairs, and blankets are used to support different bodies, abilities, and needs. Clear verbal instruction and demonstrations help you safely explore postures, breath, and presence, regardless of prior yoga experience. Classes are taught with a trauma-informed lens, emphasizing choice, rest, and listening to your body.
