Courageous Circles – Courage to Grieve Circle: Bereavement

Courageous Circles are for people longing for a deeper, more honest way of moving through life’s transitions, losses, questions, and becoming

Courageous Circles is not formal therapy but rather it is a space where individuals are invited to listen deeply, to themselves and to one another, in a community of trust. We offer practices of reflection, storytelling, and shared silence that support the uncovering of inner wisdom and the courage to live in alignment with one’s truth. This is a space where the soul is welcomed and the heart is honored. Within this circle, we co-create a compassionate, confidential space where healing, insight, and transformation can gently emerge.

Together, we journey inward and outward, remembering the wisdom that lives within and finding the courage to live it out. Each circle has its unique purpose, but the common thread among all these types is the intentional and inclusive nature of the gathering, creating a space where all voices are heard and respected.

Who Is it For?

Courageous Circles are for people longing for a deeper, more honest way of moving through life’s transitions, losses, questions, and becoming. They are for those who sense there is an inner wisdom that can help guide the journey toward healing and wholeness. You may call this inner wisdom whatever you like so long as you know it’s there.

Courageous Circles create space to slow down, tune out the noise and expectations of the world, and reconnect with your own inner voice. Together, we practice reflection, deep listening, and compassionate presence in ways that nurture healing, clarity, courage, and restoration from the inside out.

Each circle offers a gentle, guided, and compassionate space rooted in trust, reflection, and community. While practical tools, insights, and therapeutic practices may be offered along the way, Courageous Circles are not group therapy sessions. The intention is not to fix or force healing, but to create the conditions where healing and wisdom can emerge naturally.
Everything offered in the circle is by invitation, never expectation. You are always free to participate in the ways that feel safest, most meaningful, and most authentic to you. Listening quietly is also a valued form of participation.

Courage to Grieve Circle: Bereavement

In this circle, we will offer a sacred space to journey through grief together. The intention is to meet you where you are in your grief and to help you move out of the shadow of death and closer toward a restored soul. Your grief might be something you’ve carried for years. Whether you feel ready to talk, or you don’t even know what you would say. This will be a gentle, guided space rooted in care and in the belief that healing happens best in a sacred community.
